Blended Winglet Installation (Retrofit)

We have a team of engineers and mechanics with a long experience of winglet installation on Boeing 737/757/767.

Winglets installed within a given downtime and at a fixed cost to full completion and testing.

Example of a B737 with retrofit winglets with a down time of 14 days:

  • Strengthening the internal structure of the wings and centre section.
  • Replacing outboard rib.
  • Replacing skin fasteners in skin planks.
  • Fit strengthening links in the leading edges.
  • Installing an additional auto slat actuator.
  • Re-configuring the stab trim position switches.
